توسعه پویا ^[۲]، جملات انگلیسی در بانک و تجارت به شرح زیر است:

۱- لطفا نمونه هائی از کالاهای فوق الذکر را بهمراه لیست قیمت ها ارسال نمائید

. Would you kindly quote your best price of the following items, along with the terms of payment  2-

۲- خواهشمند است محبت نموده و فهرست نازلترین قیمت اقلام ذیل را بهمراه شرایط پرداخت ارسال نمائید.

۳- شرکت ما بسیار علاقمند به وارد نمودن ماشین آلات سنگین جهت استفاده در صنایع اتومبیل سازی میباشد.

۴. قبلا ازهر گونه اطلاعاتی که در این مورد ارسال نمائید متشکریم.

۱۸-  اینکه طی نامه ای صادقانه عدم توانائی خود را در پرداخت دیون معوقه ابراز نموده اید متشکریم.

۱۹- عطف به نامه مورخه———- شما این شرکت پیشنهاد شما را بدقت مورد بررسی قرار داده است. 

You are, hereby informed that (this is to inform you that) our company is not prepared to extend your credit validity.

۲۰-  بدینوسیله باطلع شما میرساند که شرکت ما حاضر به تمدید سر رسید اعتبار شما نمیباشد. 

 Our company is not accountable for any damages through shipment and we advise you to get in touch with your insurance company.

۲۱-  شرکت ما مسئول آسیب دیدگی کالا در اثر حمل و نقل نمبباشد و توصیه میکنیم با شرکت بیمه خود تماس حاصل نمائید.

۲۲-  صمیمانه امیدواریم که روابط دوجانبه تجاری در آینده هر چه گسترده تر شود.

۲۳- ماه گذشته نامه ای جهت یاد آوری شما نسبت به مانده معوقه ارسال نمودیم اما متاسفانه تا کنون هیچگونه پاسخی ازسوی شما دریافت نشده است.

Would you please send us a preformed invoice of our requested items as soon as possible?

 24- خواهشمندیم هر چه سریعتر پیش فاکتور اقلام مورد نیاز ما را ارسال بفرمایئد.

We are pleased to inform you that, today we dispatched five containers of office furniture to your company’s address.

۲۵-  خوشوقتیم به اطلاع شما برسانیم که امروز پنج کامیون حاوی مبلمان اداری به آدرس شرکت ارسال گردید.

  We have pleasure in notifying you this bank has honored your request concerning the establishment of credit and exchange account.

۲۶- موجب خرسندی است به اطلاعتان برسانیم که این بانک با درخواست شما مبنی بر گشایش حساب اعتباری ارزی موافقت نموده است.

We are enclosing our terms of credit and paying installments along with your requested price quotation. 27- 

شرایط اعتباری و پرداخت اقساط بهمراه مظنه در خواستی شما به ضمیمه ارسال میگردد.

This is to confirm that you’re ordered goods will be supplied and shipped by the required dated.

۲۸- بدینوسیله تهیه و ارسال کالای سفارشی شما تا تاریخ مورد نظر تائید میگردد.

۲۹- لطفا در صورت عدم موجودی هر یک از اقلام سفارشی مظنه اقلام مشابه را ارسال فرمایئد.

۳۰- متاسفیم به اطلاعتان برسانیم که کالای سفارشی شما در حال حاضر موجود نمیباشد.

 31- در پاسخ به نامه مورخ– — شما از اینکه تخفیف ویژه ای را برای ما در نظر گرفته اید سپاسگزاریم.

۳۵- انتظار میرود که شما هزینه حمل و نقل و بیمه را بعهده بگیرید.

۳۹- پیش نویس قرار داد آماده به بهره برداری تنظیم شده است.

۴۰-  تفاهم نامه ای بین ضمانت کنندگان چک بامضاء رسیده است.

۴۱- این قولنامه دارای اعبتار قانونی بوده و قابل انتقال نمیباشد

۵۰ بانک کارگزار کلیه معاملات مربوط به حسابهای دریافتی و پرداختی را از طریق حواله های بانکی و یا چکهای تضمینی انجام خواهد داد.

۵۱- بدینوسیله تحویل بدون تاخیر محموله سفارشی ما تائید میگردد.

۶۱- تجار ورشکسته مجاز نیستند از ضمانتنامه های بانکی، چک و سند در وجه حامل و یا سهام بی نام استفاده نمایند.

۶۲- کیفر خواست سندیت، اعتبار قولنامه ، بیع نامه برات، بارنامه و چک سفید بدون ظهر نویسی را مورد سئوال قرار داد.

۶۳- نقض قرارداد از سوی هر یک از طرفین قرار داد منجر به اقامه دعوی دادگاهی و مسدود شدن حسابهای بانکی و ارزی وی می‌گردد.

۶۵ – Capital assets, gains, reserves, and stocks of all companies must be reported in their tax return and controlled by auditors.

دارائی، سود ، اندوخته و سهام سرمایه ای کلیه شرکتها می باید در اظهارنامه مالیاتی آنها گزارش شود و توسط ممیز مالیاتی گزارش گردد.
